Acrodance Intensive with Gabbie Cook

Autin Dance Theatre is inviting you to join January Intensive with Gabbie Cook on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 January 2025 in Midlands Arts Centre – MAC.

This two-day workshop dives into acrodance, exploring technical acrobatics, movement quality, rhythm, and improvisation, and we are currently offering tickets at £105 per person for two days!

✨ Ready to level up your acrodance skills? Join our Intensive with @gabbie_ck and discover new ways to move with intention! ✨

🗓️ Sat 4th & Sun 5th Jan 2025 | 10am-6pm
📍 MAC Birmingham – Foyle Studio
💷 £105 for two days!

Gabbie’s approach focuses on gaining control, building momentum, and understanding where to apply tension for lightness in your acrobatics. Expect a mix of warm-ups, technical training, guided improvisations, and choreographed sequences that will challenge and inspire you to move with fluidity and power!

🔥 “I talk a lot about harnessing momentum. It helps to create new rhythm changes within sequences, making transitions feel natural and effortless!” — Gabbie Cook.

Reserve your spot today by emailing hello@autindt.co.uk. Spaces are limited, so book early! 💪
