MAC Birmingham – Foyle Studio
£105 for two days!
Gabbie’s approach focuses on gaining control, building momentum, and understanding where to apply tension for lightness in your acrobatics. Expect a mix of warm-ups, technical training, guided improvisations, and choreographed sequences that will challenge and inspire you to move with fluidity and power!
“I talk a lot about harnessing momentum. It helps to create new rhythm changes within sequences, making transitions feel natural and effortless!” — Gabbie Cook.
