Call out for exceptional & versatile dance artists   

Autin Dance Theatre are seeking for exceptional performers preferably with experience in touring outdoor performances and with puppetry, hand to hand or aerial dance (vertical and harness work) experience. 

We are particularly interested in hearing from people from the global majority and other underrepresented groups, including those who identify as living with a disability.

We are looking for highly creative and strong individual performers in contemporary dance, physical theatre, aerial dance (vertical and harness work) or puppetry (outdoor, giant, multi-person operated) interested in working with us on our performance projects.

Desirable experiences:

·      Experience in outdoor performance

·      Experience in contemporary dance/movement (physical theatre) 

·      Experience in aerial dance (vertical and harness work)

·      Experience in Giant Puppetry and storytelling

·      Comfortable with character work and audience interaction/play

Applicants should demonstrate at least 3 years of professional experience, strong dance theatre technique, partner work, improvisational and devising skills.
