Chronos – the Giant Wheel

Step right up and experience Chronos – The Giant Wheel, a captivating new performance proudly commissioned by Green Man 2025 for Little Folk. This unique family spectacle invites audiences to explore our relationship with time, set against the striking backdrop of a giant hamster wheel.

Five outstanding dancers weave their journeys together through music, movement, and storytelling, delving into themes of punctuality, synchronisation, and the beautifully chaotic dance of life. Each performer embodies a different facet of our interaction with time — from the ones who rush ahead, to those who linger, and those who find harmony amid the chaos.

As the Giant Wheel turns, audiences are drawn into a mesmerising interplay of choreography and sound, reflecting the joys and challenges of being early, late, in unison, too fast, too slow, or sometimes, left behind. Chronos resonates with anyone who has ever felt the ticking of the clock, offering a rare moment to pause, reflect, and connect.

Don’t miss Chronos – The Giant Wheel at Green Man 2025 – where every tick of the clock brings us closer to understanding our place in the grand tapestry of time. Proudly commissioned by Green Man 2025 for Little Folk!
