✨ Meet our newest team member, Ellen Chambers! ✨
As Autin Dance Theatre CIO continues to grow as a charity, we’re delighted to have recently welcomed Ellen Chambers to the team to support our ongoing company development.
Ellen joins us as our Senior Organisational Development Lead, bringing with her more than 18 years’ experience across the arts and charity sectors.
For 12 years, Ellen worked at the award-winning Dancers’ Career Development, where she supported hundreds of dancers throughout their careers and worked closely with major dance organisations including Rambert, The Royal Ballet and Richard Alston Dance Company. 🩰
Ellen has been a certified coach since 2016 and, alongside her work with Autin Dance Theatre, provides individual coaching and organisational development support to arts managers and organisations.
We’re excited to welcome Ellen to the team and look forward to the experience, knowledge and fresh perspectives she’ll bring as we continue to develop and grow our work. 💫
