Action Research 2024

As part of our tour and community outreach engagement in 15 locations across the UK this summer we are actively participating in an Action Research project.

Parade – The Giant Wheel – Action Research Initial Objectives:

  • To establish, engage and build long lasting relationships between regional cultural organisations, local communities, and artists/creative companies.

  • To create a trust building pathway for event promoters/programmers and outdoor artists working in participatory models and community co-creation.

  • To highlight the value and increase the visibility of community outdoor work.

  • To inspire and empower local communities and participants in co-creating and co-designing outdoor arts taking place in their streets.

Action and Reasearch Project is supported by Without Walls

Check out this short mini documentary of some of the outcomes of Parade – The Giant Wheel with the RSC in Stratford-upon-Avon on Saturday 20th April 2024.
