Parade Community Cast ~ Call Out

Be part of something big, come along and join your local community cast.

Join us for exciting outdoor performances and community participation!

Sign up to take part in our  inclusive and fun movement  workshops to learn and co-create the group movements that you’ll perform as part of the live show right here in your own neighbourhood.

We are currently looking for local communities in the following areas:

“Newcastle is in for a treat with the spectacle of Parade coming to the streets on Saturday 22 June. It’s not every day you get the chance to see 6 performers powering a 12-foot wheel through the town. We want as many people to see it as possible. And, we’re looking members of our community to be a part of it too, you’ll be supported by a Community Guardian and rehearse and will appear alongside so come along to support them.

We’ve worked with our partners to bring this epic modern circus-inspired show by Autin Dance to our area, keeping the spirit of Philip Astley, father of the modern circus, alive in his birthplace. We’ll see you there.”
